Mediation Webinar Series : Session 6
As the mediation field in India gears for take-off, there is much to consider on laying the foundation for a strong community of practice. What are the key elements of an effective mediator training program? As the practice grows how do we maintain quality control in mediation practice – should we require peer reviews, reflective practice, continued education and set in place enforcement mechanisms to uphold the key principles of mediation practice? Does India need a governing body to guide the growth of mediation or should we leave it up to market forces to decide quality?
Join us as our panel of international mediators discusses and deep dive into the regulatory frameworks of mediation. The session is open for all to attend and registration is complimentary.
