ABOUT THE THINK INDIA, HIMACHAL PRADESH

The Think India, Himachal Pradesh Chapter has been established as a subsidiary of Think India Organization in line with the common goals and objectives. We, at Think India, are committed to becoming the beacon of change that may lead to a positive impact on the life of students. The organization embraces various organs and initiatives started with the motive of helping young minds to match their steps with the fast-moving world.  The Think India organization works for various causes such as promoting social harmony, upliftment of rural India, supporting gender justice, and initiating and encouraging Indian-centric thoughts and activities on campuses and among the intelligentsia, etc. Under the same, we organize various events such as article writing competitions, debates, conferences, quizzes, webinars etc.

ABOUT THE QUIZ COMPETITION

The quiz shall take place Online and it will include only Multiple-Choice Questions. The participants can participate in the quiz from any place with the use of Computer, Laptop or Mobile Phone with an internet connection.

We have 4 different topics in the quiz, these are as follows:

1. Constitutional History
2. Current Legal Affairs
3. General Legal Knowledge
4. Miscellaneous (General Science, Sports, Technology etc.)   

IMPORTANT DATES

Date of Competition – 17^th May, 2020 at 5:00 PM Sharp

Last Date of Registration – 15^th May, 2020                                           

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Any student who is currently enrolled in Undergraduate and Post Graduate course can take part in the quiz.

LOCATION

Online, we will share the link containing all the questions which can be accessed on any smartphone as well as on desktops.

REWARDS AND PRIZES

1ST PRIZE – Rs. 5000/- + CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE

2ND PRIZE – Rs. 3000/- + CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE

3RD PRIZE – Rs. 2000/- + CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE

Rest top 5 participants will be awarded with Merit certificates and all other participants will be provided an e-certificate of participation. Certificate of Merit and Certificate of Excellence will be also in e-copy.  

REGISTRATION FEES

Rs 50/- for each individual

Participants are required to register and pay the required amount. Successfully registered participants will be provided with important guidelines and details to participate in the quiz.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

• The quiz shall have 60 questions. 15 questions from each topic mentioned above.

• Total time for completing the quiz is 15 minutes. 

• Every question carries 01 marks; there will be no negative marking.

• The results declared would be final and the authority vests with Think India Himachal Pradesh to change or modify the same.
