  1. Advocate A.G. Noorani, Constitutional expert and author of Article 370: A Constitutional History of Jammu and Kashmir.
  2. Senior Advocate Mihir Desai, a distinguished human rights lawyer, co-founder of HRLN and legal counsel to International People’s Tribunal on Human Rights and Justice in Kashmir.
  3. Senior Advocate Milind Sathe, President of Bombay Bar Association.

Moderator

Prof. Shrikant Paranjpe, a foreign policy expert and author from the Department of Defense and Strategic Studies, University of Pune.

Format: Opening statements by each speaker followed by a general discussion and debate amongst the panellists regulated by a moderator.

Conclusion after 45 minutes of Q&A Session.
