The concept of Force Majeure in the light of the steps taken by Government and the stance observed by Indian Courts over ‘COVID-19 as Force Majeure’ will be discussed thoroughly.

ABOUT SPEAKER

Mr. Kuber Mahajan is a renowned Speaker having an experience of Public Speaking of almost 2 decades. He has authored the book ‘Traditional and Modern forms of Talaq under Muslim Law’ which was the first ever book to explain the Bills, Ordinances and the judgment relating to Triple Talaq. His second book is on the Laws of Election which is soon to be published. He has been invited as a Guest Speaker at various Universities. He has been quite active in Extra-Curricular Activities and has won various awards at National Level. He is also the founder of the social organisation named “Paper Trail”.
